The Acquisition and Requisition of Immovable Property Ordinance, 1982.

WHEREAS it is expedient to consolidate and amend the law relating to the acquisition and  requisition of immovable property and to provide for matters connected therewith and  ancillary thereto;

NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of the twenty-fourth day of March, 1982, and in the exercise of all powers enabling him on that behalf, the Chief Martial Law  Administrator is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:-
